In Utah, these challenges are especially pronounced.Research from the Better Days 2024 Utah Women's Well-Being Report notes that Utah consistently ranks among the lowest-performing states for women's equality and leadership representation. Studies also continue to show that women and girls in Utah are not thriving across several critical measures.The report's message is clear:"When we lift Utah girls and women, we lift all Utahns."LIFT was created to help change that reality.

I am a professional instigator, inciting change, movement and growth in entrepreneurial and corporate leadership.
Perhaps most importantly, the leadership of my clients turns inevitably toward Legacy as a result of my model--a core measure of excellent leadership. I specialize in connecting leaders to their unique long-term purpose, while at the same time developing their 5, 10 and 20-year visions in alignment with their purpose.
I am a global traveler, oils artist, poet, occasional singer, trekker, and burgeoning French speaker. I am also a passionate consensus builder, activist for climate/water & human justice, activist for women's parity and leadership, activist for dismantling racism-xenophobia-bigotry-prejudice.
